Before you book.

What should I expect from a session?

A slow, honest conversation. I don’t ask you to perform, rehearse, or arrive with anything figured out. I listen closely, reflect what I notice, and ask questions you may not have been asked before. What you walk away with is usually not advice. It’s a clearer view of what’s actually happening.

Is this therapy?

No. I am not a licensed therapist, and this work is not a substitute for mental health care. This is reflective, intuitive, inquiry-based guidance. If you’re navigating a crisis or clinical concern, please work with a qualified professional alongside (or instead of) this work.

How do I prepare?

You don’t need to prepare much. A quiet space, a willingness to be honest, and some sense of what’s on your mind is enough. Many people find it useful to jot down a few notes beforehand, not questions, just what’s been sitting with you.

How soon will I feel a shift?

Sometimes clarity arrives in the session itself. More often, it continues unfolding over the days and weeks that follow. This isn’t quick-fix work. It’s the kind of awareness that stays with you and gently rearranges things.

Can I bring a specific question?

Absolutely. A specific question often opens the door to deeper territory. You don’t have to know what lies beneath it, that’s part of what the session is for.
